The Technique
A chart of stars set in twelve palaces.
Zi Wei Dou Shu (紫微斗数) reads a life from the stars gathered around the palace the chart is built on. It is a system of archetypes and of domains: which star rules the chart, where the rest of them fall, and how the twelve palaces they sit in divide a life into the parts it is actually lived in.
